I stayed home today simply because I wanted to.
I promised myself I'd put up a "Best of 2006" post.
And I completely forgot about it so I'll do it now.
I have to say that I don't have any pictures from
before spring break, my computer crashed =/
Not much is happening.
Boyfriend's good.
Friends are alright.
School's alright.
Everything's just monotonous.

Twenty-one facts about me.
1. I think I have a bunch of disorders and I always use them as excuses. I'm scared to know if I really have them cause if I don't, I won't have an excuse for fucking up all the time. I realize how messed up that was when I read it.
2. As much as I say love to a lot of people, there's very few people I really truely love.
Who? My best friends Ali, Lisa, and Jen.
3. I secretly hate one of my good friends half the time for the same reasons I hate myself.
4. I would give an arm and leg to move back to Ocean and forget everything that ever happened here.
5. I'm extremely self-conscious, although I don't seem it sometimes. I don't think I've ever actually felt comfortable or unstressed.
6. I let tiny things get to me. Even jokes. There's always a little truth to every joke.
7. I try my hardest in school this year and I wonder why every day. I don't think I need any of it.
8. I know not one day of my life will or has gone by that I haven't wondered what it'd be like if I had my dad.
9. I overanalyze like crazy.
10. I'm terrified of ending up like my mom. Shitty job, asshole boyfriend, bitch for a daughter.
11. I live in hoodies. I can't not wear a hoodie except in summer.
12. I can't wait until I drive.
13. I wish I could love things for longer.
14. I always wanted a boyfriend that was soo much bigger than me. I always said he would protect me from my cousin. Well I've found him and I'm so damn happy. He's my wonderwall.
15. I hide behind excuses cause I can't live up to being bad at something.
16. I ask a lot of weird questions.
17. My history teacher this year has probably made the biggest impact on my life out of anyone I've ever met. He has no idea who I am yet he's more confident in me and my work than most of my friends and family.
18. I'm really greedy but I can hide it well. I'm an amazing liar too and hate liars.
19. I think one of my 'best' friends is the most conceited, shallow, and bitchiest person I've ever met. I could probably write a whole novel on why I really don't like her, yet I can't stop being friends with her.
20. I'm in love with books, writing, and art. If I were ever stuck on an island, I'd need a pen, paper, pencils, and tons of books and I'd be completely fine.
21. I'm terrified of getting attached to my boy [even though it's a little late] cause I don't have the strength in me at all to put that much trust in someone. ... Again.

warped tour was yesterday. =)
and I must say I had a lot of fun.
it was my 20th concert.
here's my day:
+ left half an hour late.
+ got there perfectly in time.
+ cut up to the front & got in.
+ wandered for an hour.
+ watched billy talent. AMAZING.
+ watched etid. just beyond brilliant.
+ they are so fucking good live. I love them.
+ then 2 songs by academy. I think william was sick.
+ the crowd was annoying, so I got out.
+ watched emanuel. boringggg.
+ then met up with kristen.
+ went to the sksk signing.
+ tyson got excited cause I promised to watch them.
+ and he was like "I better see you!" aha.
+ and I got a hug from chad<3 cause I crush on him.
+ [nobody was there. aha I still love them]
+ then idk what we saw. randomly wandered around.
+ and met most of motion city.
+ eventually watched sksk. front row center, of course.
+ got my face pushed into the barricade by a crowd surfer.
+ and then kicked in the head by the keyboardist. he jumped in the crowd.
+ but he's got a nice body so I forgave him. ;)
+ right afterwards was my reason for going. armor for sleep.
+ ben looked in the crowd & remembered me.
+ cause I see him at every show. so he smiled and was like
+ "hey whats up!" and stuff. he's so cute. I LOVE HIM<3
+ didn't meet him afterwards, but I will again. I know it.
+ and then we just walked around. and eventually watched alexisonfire.
+ and then walked by a merch booth that was like, lorene drive.
+ the guy made me listen & they were cute.
+ I bought a shirt and he grabbed & hugged me for like 10 min.
+ told him he loved me and that I was his new best friend.
+ [alright, get braces first & then we'll talk]
+ watched motion city & then went over to talk to kristen.
+ and met the infamous fruity & hey chris.
+ got hey chris's autograph. he spelled my name without the y. hahah
+ elena. true. I met ronnie from red jumpsuit apparatus. whatevah.

I saw theAUDITION and june at the stone pony. :D
they were great.
I loved the show.
& afterwards we hung out with seth from theAUDITION.
he's so funny.
lisa went up to him and was all excited and like wanted to have a high five war with him or whatever. & he was like "...WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!?" haha so he finally high fived her like intensely and he's all like "no. come on. we gotta do this like eye to eye. do it right. are you ready?" and she was like "go easy on me! im new at this!" so he started to teach her. and she was like "NO COME ON. this is too intense for me seth." it was entertaining. and then they were getting picked up and lisa was like "I don't wanna leave. I love you seth. I don't wanna leave." so they hugged like 80 times and she was like "STOP IT. I gotta leave!" and he goes "so just leave" and she was like "OH NO. YOU DIDN'T. how many black girls have you talked to before? ONE. FIRST AND LAST TIME. OH. THAT'S IT. BYE." and lisa, emily and carolyn run to the car. and 5 seconds later run back screaming at me. "OMG WE LOVE YOU. OMG." and attacked me with hugs and they said I was their favorite and everything. [I basically love going to shows with them.] & seth was awwing at us. haha. and so they left and I was alone with him and mark. and I was taking a picture with seth and he was like "wow I thought she was really mad at me!" and I was like "nah she loves you. I know. trust me." and mark was taking the picture & goes "DUDE. are you gonna smile or worry about if she's mad at you?" haha. and then all of a sudden seth was talking about how he wanted facial hair really bad and goes "I can't grow it at all. but I can grow chest hair! wanna see? sure you do." and unzipped his hoodie and showed me and then was like "I'll just get it waxed when I go in a week. I shaved it once and it grew back thicker and blacker." haha wow. and then we were talking about school and he goes "dude. do you know what danny went to school for? it's crazy cause he's SO stupid. european literature. that guy is STUPID. like he's a dog. whenever I get pissed or whatever, I'm like dude. shut up before I come to the back of the bus and hit your stupid face." hahahahaha. wow.
& when I was buying my theAUDITION hoodie, I met tim from june.
& also met Danny from theAUDITION. [the dog.]
he was wearing girly capris & flip flops. thanks for making me look like a dude.
his hair's longer than mine too. haha.
they're a really good band. =]
theAUDITION & june are both amazing bands<3
we also saw agent sparks & paul sold me their cd for 5 bucks. yep.
